NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE STARLITE CUSTOMERS AND CURRENT
CUSTOMERS WITH STARLITE COMMISSIONS
Due to the overwhelming popularity of Rick's unique trademarked Starlite
Originals, the following declaration now applies.
By paying the deposit you agree to all of the following.
1. Your order of a Starlite
Original is a contractual agreement between you and the artist.
2. Your order will be placed in queue behind all previous orders and will
be completed based on the number in queue.
3. Starlite orders will generally take between 12 and 18 months to
complete unless otherwise told by Rick Broome Productions. (This average
is based on current orders on the books and
may vary time to time).
4. Orders taking longer than 18 months do not constitute a refund or
discount.
5. No refunds will be offered on Starlites that have been published and
worked on by Rick.
6. The $100.00 deposit generally required at purchase is NON REFUNDABLE.
7. Any order cancelled after work has been done on the painting is subject
to cancellation fees.
8. All customers are responsible for Shipping Charges if necessary on your
Starlite Order.
9. Rick Broome Productions is Not Responsible for costs involved for
replacement tubes or fixtures unless it is due to a manufacturer's defect.
10. ALL Starlites will NOT be delivered until Final Payment is made.
11. Payment in full does not guarantee expedited delivery.
Starlite Originals require a minimum of 40 hours to complete. This time
factor plays a major role in the current delivery schedule.
