The 2012 Class Painting features the aircraft that are depicted on the Class Crest.  Two F-22 Raptors and an A-10 Thunderbolt.  The aircraft add up to the graduating class of 54.  The Main F-22 is a First Fighter Bird with tail number AF-03-4054.  Depicted on the Tail as FF AF03 054.  Significant because the tail also adds to the graduation class of 54.  The background image was taken on September 11, 2011.  Aerial Photography was made possible by the Aero Club, and Rick was the Pilot of the photo shoot.  Jim Van Namee took the aerial photographs used to capture the proper angle and details.  Jim was also the Pilot in Command.  The images were shot on the 10 year anniversary of September 11, 2001.  The Second F-22 is pulling off leading the Raptors back around the Cadet area, the A-10, from Flying Tigers is seen above the cadet area in the green of the parade field.

The main colors of the painting are blue, signifying the color of the Class.  All the other class colors are also within the background.   Other elements to be hidden, which is one of Rick's trademarks, will be the Tzo Fox, Glider, WOB's, a piano, whale, Hap, and much more.  These vignettes will be documented, but hidden well...To see the Hidden Vignettes, visit our Facebook page.
